Foreigners can get married in Turkey with Turkish citizens and foreigners who are nationals of the same or the different countries they can marry each other in front of the Turkish authorities. In this case it stands out against our three possibilities: a foreigner married to a Turkish citizen, the marriage of two foreign nationals in Turkey by foreign national laws or different nationalities marry in Turkey with Turkish laws. Arrangements should also be taken into consideration in the Turkish Civil Code in order to be considered valid marriage in Turkey and to be approved. According to Turkish law, persons should be provided with conditions such as age of majority, not being close relative, being unmarried with other people because they are monogamous, not having any harm in marrying and not having a disease. Two foreigners, including nationals from the same or two different nationalities, interests against two different options when they want to get married in Turkey. These people could marry with the permission of the consular consulate in their home country before they can get married in Turkey authorized officers. The documents already listed above are also valid for these persons. In this case, if they decide to marry before the Turkish authorities, their qualifications are also determined according to their own country law and the form of marriage should be made in accordance with Turkish law. If people do not speak Turkish, an interpreter should be present during marriage and they should translate what they say in a language they understand. Because the consent of the parties in this case is real and for this they must understand what they accept. But such marriages would be valid under the law of Turkey, after Turkish authorities approve the marriage they must notify their country representatives and approve the marital bonds and validate them in their own countries.
