The foreigner who fulfills any of the following conditions may acquire citizenship under the law by the proposal of the Ministry and the decision of the Council of Ministers:
1. Foreigners determined by the Ministry of Economy in which they have made a fixed capital investment of at least US $ 2 million.
2. Foreigners who have purchased an immovable of at least 1 Million USD and whose annotations have not been sold for three years and have been determined by the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization,
3. Foreigners who constitute employment of at least 100 persons and who are identified by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security,
4. At least 3 million deposit in the amount of US dollars deposited into one of the banks operating in Turkey for 3 years and sets the holding requirement, the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency and foreign are detected,
5. Foreigners who have purchased at least 3 Million US Dollars from the State Borrowing Instruments and who are obliged to keep it for three years, determined by the Undersecretariat of Treasury,
6. Foreigners determined by the Capital Markets Board holding a venture capital investment fund or real estate investment fund participation amount of at least 1.5 Million USD and holding it for three years.
WHERE TO APPLY TO BE A TURKISH CITIZENSHIP?
In order to win our citizenship, we should apply to the Provincial Population and Citizenship Directorates in the country and to the Ministry of Interior in exceptional cases and to our representative offices abroad. These actions are initiated either personally or with special power of attorney.
