What are the Oblıgatıons of Foreıgn Students for Resıdence Permıts?

Foreign students; If they lose their residence permits, passports or any official documents documenting that they are foreign nationals, they are expected to apply immediately to the relevant authorities and provide their missing documents within 15 days. Foreign students who change residence addresses or learning institutions are obliged to notify these changes to the district police directorates within 48 hours, where they are both separated and transferred.

Legal Obligations to Fulfill Foreign Students for Health Insurance
Under the provisions of the General Health Insurance and Social Security Act, if foreign students apply for a general health insurance within 3 months of the first registration date, these students will not be required to have a health insurance. However, foreign students who do not have any application in the last 3 months and who do not apply are not covered by the general health insurance and are obliged to take private health insurance.
