Personal Data Protection Law

Upon the entry into force of the Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698 on 7 April 2016, a special law regulating the right to protection of personal data; personal data became a subject of great curiosity and interest from all walks of life began. Even though the protection of personal data is a new branch of law for our country; our work on this issue goes back many years. With the Law No. 6698 and subsequent regulations, personal data has become a major shareholder among our fields of activity. We represent our clients in investigations and lawsuits related to personal data and provide legal advice on this matter.
